Gold Creek Station, a 700-hectare
sheep station 20 minutes from downtown
Canberra, caters solely for groups of between
10 and 150 people.
Guests are welcomed by the Starr family
and given a taste of Australian sheep station
life, complete with sheepdogs, shearing and
wool classing.
Each tour group receives personal attention
and stays about two hours. Once the work’s
done, its time to relax with a choice of drink
and a barbecue meal.
